Hatid Logistics, operated by Hatid Holdings Inc., provides local courier and delivery services.
Order Cancellation
• Orders may be cancelled at no charge before a driver has been dispatched.
• Once a driver has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.
• If cancellation occurs after pickup, the full delivery fee may be charged.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
• Service was not performed due to operational error
• Delivery was not completed and no pickup occurred
• Duplicate charge occurred
Refunds are not provided for:
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Recipient unavailable at delivery location
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date by contacting:

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Hatid Logistics, operated by Hatid Holdings Inc.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
Services
Hatid Logistics provides local courier and delivery services for parcels and small goods within designated service areas.
Payment
• Payment is due upon booking or as agreed in writing.
• We accept credit card and authorized bank payments.
• All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
• Provide accurate pickup and delivery details
• Ensure items are properly packaged
• Ensure items comply with applicable laws
We do not transport prohibited or illegal goods.
Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
Hatid Logistics' liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the declared value of the shipment, up to a maximum of $100 unless additional coverage is purchased.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian laws.
